Service Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our installation workmanship. If you experience any issues with the installation within the warranty period, we will rectify the problem at no additional charge. This guarantee covers installation quality but does not cover equipment malfunctions or damage caused by misuse.

Equipment Returns

Equipment purchased through sraxylonflix.world may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unopened and in original packaging. Once equipment has been installed, returns are subject to manufacturer warranty terms rather than our return policy.

Refund Conditions

Refunds for car electronics installation services may be provided in cases where we are unable to complete the installation due to technical limitations or vehicle incompatibility identified before work begins. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for justified concerns.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full service fee.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim for installation services, contact us within the warranty period with details of the issue. We will assess the claim and arrange for rectification if covered under warranty. Equipment warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items and services are non-returnable, including custom installations, special order equipment, and services that have been completed to satisfaction. Installation labor cannot be returned once the service has been performed.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
